As per your query I would suggest you to first start with self-preparation and stick to it for few weeks and revise your class 10 and 12th maths (CBSE/ICSE if possible) to strengthen your basics.
By the start of your 3rd year you may join some good coaching institute which offers quality coaching for CAT and various other management entrance test.
The number of hours that you are required to put in depends on your individual aptitude since you are a currently pursuing BBA so for you a minimum of 3-4 hours of self study daily apart from caching is a must.
