Five years of Work Experience is really a booster and is very strong point for you.
We have premium companies that looks for guys work more than 2-3 years of work-ex. Also for other companies your shortlisting will be more probable.
However, there are also some companies who need freshers or guys with less work-ex. For these companies you might be overqualified.
