Germany is a country known for its Technical advancements and thus pursuing a course in Electronics from Germany will surely be a good option.
The basic eligibility to pursue a Masters from Germany is 4 years of graduation, and as you are from DU, to the best of my knowledge, DU used to offer a 3 year graduation. In this case, you need to pursue a 1 year PG diploma from a recognised institute.
However, as a friend I would advice you to check the eligibility criteria of the German institute you are planning to go, as the admission eligibility varies from institute to institute.
