Germany is a country known for its Technical advancements and thus pursuing a course in Electronics from Germany will surely be a good option.
The basic eligibility to pursue a Masters from Germany is 4 years of graduation, and as you are from DU, to the best of my knowledge, DU used to offer a 3 year graduation. In this case, you need to pursue a 1 year PG diploma from a recognised institute.
However, as a friend I would advice you to check the eligibility criteria of the German institute you are planning to go, as the admission eligibility varies from institute to institute.
IF possible visit the nearest DAAD office. DAAD is officially authorized to provide information about education in Germany. They have offices in major cities in India.
Admissions in most of the German universities is done on the basis of GRE, IELTS/TOEFL or any other exam as per the university requirement.
