The entrance scores are the only determinants of your eligibility. you can definitely apply for various entrance exams such as CAT, MAT, GMAT, XAT etc. once you clear the entrance, then you are on for the GD and PI and if you succeed, then you are part of the college!

Digital electronics is a specialised field and very few institutes will be offering a Bachelors in it. However, what I can suggest is that you do your BE. B.Tech in Electronics and Communication as digital electronics is also a part of it.
