Welingkar selects students not just on the basis of an entrance test score like CMAT, but on a combination of the student's past academic performance, work experience, performance at the time of Group Discussion, Personal Interview, Psychometric Test and Design & Creativity test. Hence there is no particular cut-off for CMAT or MH-CET that can be eligible to apply to the MBA programs.

Yes. But you have to apply for admissions through FMS Delhi website first. Forms are filled before CAT. This year last date to fill form was 10 Nov 2014. After that you have to appear in CAT. If you score above the cut off percentile, ( which you have ), then you are called for GDPI round. This year cut off is 98.54 .

Of the schools listed above, Honestly speaking I wouldn't recommend any and would rather ask you to give CAT/MAT again. However, If you have to do it this time around only then check out the rankings at Career360 or MBAUniverse. That should clear things up. Also go through the Pagal Guy threads for these colleges.
