Yes, you may apply for pgdm and keep a check on siescoms website for ILS form ( institute level sets - MMS course ). For pgdm course, if you have a good GDPI then expect to concert the call. For MMS through ILS list the cut off may drop to 90%ile as it did last year. In short apply for both the courses, convert whatever you are able to first. There is no difference when it comes to placements for PGDM & MMS as they all sit together for the same. 1. Last date of sale of forms : 31st March 2015 2. The first baby step question is whether you want to do MBA or not ?
And don't answer this question, just on the basis of what job you are gonna get after 2 years. Answer this question, looking deep into the future, 10 years down the line, and then thinking whether you want to do MBA or not.
Yes, there might be a slight difficulty in getting placed due to your 12th marks. But that might be just a few companies, here and there. Not all companies dig into 10th and 12th marks.
Secondly, if you learn a thing or two of ultimate value in your MBA, that thing will superscede your 10th and 12th marks, beyond imagination.
These days companies are concerned about getting their things done, as compared to mere grades of the candidates.
So ask yourself the question that I suggested, and then if you get an affirmative answer, if you feel MBA is the right thing for you, simply do it, and give your best.

Hi Syed, firstly have you scored 90 marks or 90 percentile in CET?
MP and PI are two rounds which hold a lot of weightage in admission procedure along with your academic records, work experience and CET scores. MP is an impromptu presentation. You are suppose to present a topic in presence of a panel accompanied by a group of fellow aspiring students. Topics can be current happenings or abstract topics or general topics. You are given a few minutes to think before you present (its not power point ppt). Personal interview gauges you on basis of domain knowledge, business management as well as your specialization subjects. Also you are tested on your intent to join business program and your attitude. So make sure you are prepared to answer all these questions. Also reading newspaper helps.
