Pharmaceutical management is a better option than pharmaceutical marketing as it will open more career options and you can get a job in the middle-management. Through pharmaceutical marketing, you may get a starting job of sales or MR which is a very tough job and lots of hard work is required. If you are passionate about sales then you can go for pharmaceutical marketing otherwise pharmaceutical management is a good option too.
