NL Dalmia is a better choice as compared to Welingkar, specifically for finance. Yes, you will definitely get a GDPI call from both the colleges with those scores (for PGDM programs). Just ensure, you perform well in the interview rounds and you would be through.
P.S. Chances for MMS looks bleak especially for Welingkar, but slightly better for Dalmia.

Hello Tejas,
The college officials haven't mentioned anything about the fee structure for their MMS or PGDM programmes on their main site. However, they have said to approach the accounts department to know about the fees details in their FAQ's.
