If you have some experience in the field, you may apply for the job through consultants or online forums like LinkedIn, Indeed, Timesjob, etc. Other option is to apply for a diploma course in countries like Australia and Canada as PR and job becomes easy once you pursue any course from the respective countries.

For purpose of placements, there is no placement cell as such at IME Law, however at Mewar law there have been placements with some firms. However, both the colleges are affiliated to same university and are in NCR. You could however prefer Mewar over IME but do compare both on fee and academic patterns before applying.
