Hello Karan,
With 76 percentile, it's impossible to get a good college for MMS. However, you can apply for the PGDM programs of some decent colleges like SIES, Chetana, Indira, MET, IES, etc and perform really well in their interview rounds.

Both the courses are good. Having a biotechnology degree opens up many more doors in various fields like industrial processes, management jobs while microbiology jobs are more research oriented. You also have an option of doing an MBA in Biotechnology, which a new and emerging field of work. The job market while not absolutely lucrative is growing with the biotechnology sector on the increase in India. Scope of Nanotechnology in India is still in the development stage for Nanotechnology and it will take quite a few years for this field to become established in India.
