As you have completed your B.Tech in production engineering, means you are having your graduation degree with you. To get admission in M.Tech mechanical, you need to apply for GATE mechanical exams and with a valid score you can get admission in any colleges of the country.

I think, you should go for MBA by valid GATE score card, because many of the IITs offer MBA programme through GATE.

IIT JEE (Mains+advanced)-related to all types of engineering.
BITSAT-relate to all types of engineering.
TOFAL-good paper if willing to go abroad.
