Hi, Lateral entries are for Diploma holders and not for B.Tech 1st year students,so you cannot write the exam. As far as college swapping is concerned you can switch colleges under the same university if you have some legit reasons but the chances are very slim.

According to CDS eligibility criteria 2020, candidates applying for the exam must be 20 to 24 years. Candidates who have passed graduation or appearing for their final year are eligible to apply for CDS exam provided they submit a relevant certificate of passing the examination at the time of commencement of course. For CDS exam there is no fixed percentage, you just need to be a graduate and of course you need to pass the CDS exam. AFCAT Exam: To apply for this exam candidate must have minimum 60% aggregate.

You can appear for UGC NET Exam on the basis of your Masters subjects. If you are pursuing MBA in HR then the best option for you is UGC NET HRM. To apply in CBSE UGC NET you should have minimum 55% aggregate marks (for General) or 50% aggregate marks (for OBC/SC/ST/PwD). If you want to appear for JRF then your age must not more than 30 years. For Assistant professor there is no upper age limit.

Yes, there are 3 levels for the CS course. You can enroll for the Foundation level right after completing 12th standard. For the Executive level, you should have either completed the Foundation level or should have a Bachelor's degree in any field. Once you clear the Executive level, you can enroll for the Professional level. Please visit the icsi website for more details on student enrollment and programs.
