1. ICWA (Institute for Cost and Work Accountants) course is divided mainly in three stages:
Foundation Course
Intermediate course
Final course
2. Eligibility Criteria:
• candidate must have appeared/ appearing 10+2 level from the recognized board and also above 17 years of age to be eligible for this foundation and certificate part i course.
• candidate must have done graduation in any discipline or must pass the foundation programme to be eligible for the Intermediate course.
3. The course admission is open throughout the year and the exams are conducted in the months of June and December.

Indian Engineering Services entrance exam is designed for recruitment of engineers in government services. IES exam is conducted once every year by UPSC.
IES Exam Eligibility Criteria: In age group 21-30 years on the first day of august of the year of examination.
As far as the preparation is concerned, it requires combination of smartness and hard work. Do the right things to gain an edge over your competition:
*Get the right books for Prelims
*Start preparing at least 10 months before
*Solve past year questions to test yourself on regular basis
*Cover the scoring sections early
*Cover the syllabus strategically. Don't go for a "prepare all" approach for prelims
