Hi Ankit, to study abroad you must meet admission requirements. Only taking IELTS won't help. Please decide what to study and where. Every country and university has different admission requirements. talking about part time job, you will be allowed to work part time like any other international student. But first you need to apply to an university or college.

There is nothing such as 4 years MBA, it is either 2-year MBA after graduation or 5 years integrated MBA after 10+2. You should opt an Executive MBA of 2-years or 3-years duration.

If you get NIT, IIT or IIIT or any GFTI then it's far better. Other than that, you can go for some private universities like SASTRA, AMU, DTU-Delhi, or if you live in UP you can get colleges in UP like BIT, AKG, etc.
