Yes, definitely it is possible. In India thousands of youngsters are extremely interested to study Animation after plus two as a degree but except handful of lucky students, many parents due to their lack of career awareness about animation, force their children to study other courses mainly B.E and B.Tech. Students after joining their family recommended degree are unable to come down in their passion. That is when they start doing a parallel course along side degree. Please make sure the place you live has a good animation training institute which has proven track record in animation training for many years and check whether the passed out students are working in good companies presently. Suppose your place does not have such an institute please do not join during your degree. Please complete your degree and you again have great options to study at M.Sc or specialized PGD courses. The most recommended option is the second one as you focus on your UG degree and come out with good marks. Then make your focus for the next one or two years in your passion (Animation) and get into top rated companies with ease.
