Hi,
Yes, there is an improvement exam in Puducherry for 12th state board 2019 but for that you have to apply one year before appearing for the exams like if you want to appear for exam in 2020 then you have to apply in June 2019.

From IIIT, Delhi or NIT, Trichy I'll prefer you to opt for the IIIT Delhi as this is the best college than NIT Trichy as in Trichy you can't that quality placements that you can get from this college plus the infra and faculty of this college is quiet better than Trichy.

I'll prefer you to opt for the IIT, Hyderabad or DTU as these are the best college from all the colleges that you have mentioned above in terms of placements, infra and faculty. You should opt for the CSE in whichever college you are getting that.

To become a group A officer in CBI, you must choose Civil Service Examination conducted by UPSC and become an IPS officer. To be eligible for becoming an ASI in CBI one should hold a Bachelor of any stream. The candidate must have attained the age of 20 years on 1st July of the year of examination and must not have attained 27 years of age on that date.

Your rank in SRMJEE is quite good. You stated that you got CSE group in college. Can you elaborate on this? Is it that you want CSE branch in SRM? It's very tough to guess as to how many students who appeared for SRMJEE will actually join since many would have appeared for other entrance exams also. What I must say us that you definitely have a reasonable chance.
