Applicants with work experience with more than 2 years are eligible to apply to MBA programs abroad including Australia. If you don't have work experience look for PGDM or Masters in Management programs. A first class is recommended for entry into a good university, additionally take your IELTS. I advice you to further check the university websites for university specific requirements.

You cannot apply for a visa without the admission offer from an university. If you haven't applied already, check for university specific requirements on university websites. Getting into a top university will be difficult basis your academic profile however options like James Cook, La Trobe etc will be available.
