I will suggest Endeavor, because of its pedagogy. It is different from any other institutes with faculty available full time so that student need not to wait for their problem solving. They also keep a batch of 25 students maximum to ensure that individual attention is given to the students.
10+ years of experienced faculty members, some are 100 % CAT scorer in their respective subjects. It is a must join institute.

For getting a good college, you have to score too well. You also, didn't do well in your JEE, so it becomes complicated for you to get good college. There is only one way, you can get good college i.e. apply through management quota, but in this process, you have to pay heavy fees.

10+2 marks are only considered for eligibility criteria, not for securing admission. For engineering, you must qualify the entrance exam conducted by the University. For most universities, the requirement is 50-60% for your category. Best of luck!

Don't worry about only job opportunities abroad. Think about what you are interested in, what you would love doing. At this age, you should be worried more about building skills rather than job opportunities abroad. Furthermore, the future lies here in India.
