If you want to go for app designing then go for CSE. CSE includes syllabus related to software designing. ECE is all about electronics and communication systems. The designing part involves the electronic circuits and not the software or application part. CSE will give you a better option for app designing.

If your aim is Government job you can continue with B.Sc. You will able to complete your graduation in 2 years and will be eligible for majority of Government jobs where eligibility is graduation degree. If you change to engineering now, you will require 4 years to graduate.

Both of them are good. Main campus has more opportunities in terms of exposure and Maharaja Agrasen is also one of the top college of IPU. If you get option for any one of them take it. Main campus I think will have less Camus placements as compared to Maharaja Agrasen because colleges are more focussed on placements as compared to university campuses.

As per my experience yes Invertis University is one of the best universities in Uttar Pradesh because it give quality education and it helps to give placement in top companies. Faculty members helps in every problem regarding any subject, placement and any course related problems.

Still there is a good demand in Networking even offshore.
But you need to have a good knowledge of CISCO product because CISCO is a market player. If you want to see yourself stick to Networking only then go for certifications I.e. CCNA, CCNP and CCIE.
I personally incline to suggest you to go for Security as well. There is a better opportunity in Networking if you have a knowledge in Security.
