College runs from 9.00 am till 7.00 pm for a complete week. Don't expect holidays on Sat and Sun. Such a schedule facilitates your syllabus completion. You will still get some off days in 2-3 weeks.

I am not very sure if you'll get a seat. The seats for CSE are already full. You can give your name for waitlist. Considering your rank if there are any seats available later, then you'll have a better probability of getting in.

No, not any subject from B.Sc medicine will help you in IAS exam. As IAS exam is divided into two parts.
1. Pre. Exam
2. Mains
And pre exam is further divided into two general studies and CSAT. In these two sessions whatever you study in B.Sc medicibe wiill not going to help.
But in 2nd exam mains is divided into 7 part. From here 7 parts there is one part in which you have to choose your two subject in which you can score good. Here your B.Sc medicine subjects will help you. You can choose any two in which you are prefect.
May be this can help you.

Hi Ram
This is hard to predict about the package or salary because it all depends upon the kind of job, location, merit etc. If I presume you are asking about an average salary after completion of your graduation in Engineering then I can say it's between 18K and 35K
