Hello, Both have good placement but in the case of infrastructure and facility, LPU is better than any other University. Yes, you can apply for NET in chemical sciences, eligibility criteria for NET is 55% marks in Masters for open and 50% marks for SC/ST candidates.
You cannot appear for TET as for TET, B.Ed is must.

After Diploma, one can directly apply for second year engineering in any Engineering College. But, you must clear your Lateral Entry entrance Examination of the concern university. So, go ahead to for Lateral Entry entrance examination with that entrance merit score you can apply in any reputed engineering college for your admission. Wish you all the best.

Firstly are you a B Pharm / M Pharm, as you need to be a qualified pharmacist to register your pharmacy and obtain a Pharmacy License. Or do you know someone who is B Pharm / M Pharm and is able to + willing to lend you his/her name against goodwill payment (not ethical but many follow this route in India) so that you can obtain a Pharmacy License.

It will take 4 years for B.Pharm after B.Sc chemistry also even though both are Bachelor degrees but it is best if you pursue M.Sc in chemistry after B.Sc in chemistry instead of wasting time for B.Pharm it will take only 2 years for M.Sc and opportunities for M.Sc in chemistry is also more same as pharma students.

CSE in SMIT is very promising. Placements in SMIT are good and the college itself has a lot to offer in terms of workshops, seminars, conferences, extracurriculars and other activities.
