If you have nothing against PCM, then I suggest you continue with science in 12th. After finishing 12th, you can look up for various opportunities in video games designs. In two years plenty of things would have changed.

I think in India TV channels, newspapers, radio stations are increasing day by day but growth of govt owned institutions is quite less. As a consequence, govt jobs in the field of journalism are very minimal.

Though you have scored very well. It might be difficult for you to get admission into government medical colleges. For government medical colleges, you need a score of around 500. You can try for private ones.
