It might be difficult for you to get a Government medical College if you are general, OBC or SC. There is some chance for ST or PH candidates. I would recommend you to prepare for one more year and score in the range of 600 to get into a medical college of your choice.

No doubt both Universities are good. But regarding all other as suggested above, I am not agree.
