Campus placements at LPU start from the pre-final year, with students registering via an app for drives by IT, core, and management firms. Recruiters like Cognizant, Infosys, and Capgemini visit, offering average packages of 5-7 LPA and highs up to 50+ LPA for top performers in branches like CSE. Training covers aptitude, interviews, and projects, but outcomes hinge on CGPA above 6.0, skills, and active participation—only eligible students get shortlisted. Not all secure dream jobs; effort counts most.
