Hello Shrikant, Those students who have completed their Diploma in engineering are given the option and opportunity to join engineering college directly in 2nd year. This is called'lateral admission'. Of course there is interest se metit and seats are rather limited.

As you want to take admission in B.Tech here yu need to follow the following procedure:-
Firstly you have to appear for the entrance exam that is COMEDK,according to which you will be allotted a college. You can go to this college directly but it is not sure that you can get it. Hope there may be NRI quota. Donation could also be asked to you.

There are different entrance exams for MBA such as CAT CET, CMAT, GMAT, NMAT, SNAP, XAT, MAT and ATMA. Out of the above mentioned exams, some are some exams are college specific (NMAT, SNAP XAT I. e. you need to appear for those exams to get into the college. While others would widen your scope and choice to choose colleges. Also, consider that there are colleges who do not accept all the exam score and restricted to certain exams only. See, once apply for counselling for ICET so you will be 100% sure of what seat you will be getting with 1484 rank. Since in counselling varied reasons like income, caste and rank are taken into consideration. So we telling you that you will get seat in AU is absurd. Select the colleges of your choice before counselling, and if everything falls into place properly you might be able to acquire a seat in AU. All the best in advance.
