Course fees is depend according to the course however if you able to get the scholarship then its free. As far as expenses are concern You will require around 650 euro approx INR 35,000-40,000 per month,This amount covers housing ,food ,clothing ,study material and other expenses such as health insurance and leisure activities.

Why do you want to take admission in MBA? Why not PGDM? It is equivalent to MBA and more subjective. It 'll give you a rich experience.
I"ll not say that every college is providing quality PGDM. Actually they are very few.
I didn't search whole country for PGDM courses but yes I'd done a lot of inquiry in various colleges of UP,Delhi & Uttrakhand. Finally I found a college as I always wanted. Sri Sharda Institute of management & Technology Lucknow.
College should be good. I suggest you not to be rigid to location.

The management quota seats are usually filled on first come first serve basis by most of the institutes in India.
