For taking admission in MSc in Neuroscience you should have a Bachelors degree or equivalent degree in biology, psychology, medicine, physics, philosophy or related fields, also english language through acceptable results in an internationally recognized test (such as TOEFL or IELTS ) are required. Why do you want to take admission in MBA? Why not PGDM? It is equivalent to MBA and more subjective. It 'll give you a rich experience.
I"ll not say that every college is providing quality PGDM. Actually they are very few.
I didn't search whole country for PGDM courses but yes I'd done a lot of inquiry in various colleges of UP,Delhi & Uttrakhand. Finally I found a college as I always wanted. Sri Sharda Institute of management & Technology Lucknow.
College should be good. I suggest you not to be rigid to location.
Your MAT score is valid for this institute.
