First thing if you leave the college are they going to refund all your money, if that is the possibility then you can think of opting out.
Secondly, do you have any better options if you opt out.
make your decision based on these two factors.
IP University is a good University and you can opt for it. The MAT scores are valid for one year so if you appear in Sep 2010 it would be valid till Sep 2011.

If you are interested then you have option in Sweden like Stockholm university offers 2 years program in MSc in Biochemistry to get admission into it you have Bachelor degree in Chemistry ,Students with a bachelor in other natural sciences can also be admitted provided that they have completed courses corresponding a bachelors degree in chemistry. Contact the programme corrdinator for more information.
In Germany University of Bremen ,Georg-August University Gttingen Germany are some good options.
