You can get admission at NIT Srinagar for UG programs but it's possible through AEEE entrance exam, and depends on your rank then.
But as of now, for this year's admissions, AIEEE has happened and also some phases of central CCB counseling are over.

Dear Sumit,
NIT Srinagar is central institution which admits students for B.E. from Central Counseling Board that is CCB.
And CCB uses All India Ranks in AIEEE exam for counseling of students who have appeared for it and are eligible for counseling as declared in the result -cum- score card.

3.moneythey have so many great qualities:
1.once you paid the money they will not respond to your problem. even they wont be ready to meet you.
2. if you delay to pay the fees they will not hesitate even to sack you from writing exams
3. all they want is money money money. but they are not worthy for even 10 percent of money what you pay.
4. once you go with any any problem they will blackmail you with internal marks . they too they will not award more that 15 out of 25.

Dear Javed there is no course like LLB Taxation, again LLB is not offered in distance mode. In distance mode only BGL is offered but a candidate without full time 3 years LLB cannot practice in court of law
If you just want to do advisory work, you can do it from Annamalai University or Madurai Kamraj University
