The kind of course that you can opt for would depend on your interest and career preference and without knowing the same it will be difficult for us to suggest anything in specific. In general, with a degree in electronics and communication you can pursue courses related to Telecommunication or Networking as the best possible options provided you are interested in the same.

If you are talking about Elementary Teacher Training, you can go for this training if you are interested to pursue a career in Teaching, you can start your career in teaching with this qualifiaction but if you want to achieve higher position in Teaching like TGT, PGT, Lecturer etc then at a later stage you have to pursue B.Ed or appear for examination like NET etc.
No qualification can guarantee you a job as it largely depends on your own capabilities, how you perform on the course and how you use the skills earned at the time of Job Interview.
