While choosing colleges for Engineering or MS in Electronics and Communication, look for colleges which offers highest placement. Another important aspect, while choosing a college is the lab facility they offer. Unlike computer science, which requires only computers and softwares, ECE departments require extensive electronics circuits, microprocessor and communications lab. In order to become a domain expert, you have to seek education in field of your choice and become specialist by gaining domain knowledge with education, certifications and experience. For example if you want to become an Insurance Domain expert, you may either do BBA/MBA with finance as specialization. You may do LOMA certifications to get basic knowledge of Insurance. Hello Ankit,
As your marks are very low I will suggest you to do some diploma courses in computers like hardware and networking after this you can do certification courses like CCNA, etc. it will help you to get good job in good company.
I will not suggest you to go for engineering because your marks are very low and I don't think you will cover up in engineering so it's better to go for this.

Yes, you can pursue B.Sc with Hons in Psychology. But that is called Psychiatry, not Psychology. The field of Psychiatry is rooted with medical Science. You'll easily land yourself a job at any Mental Asylum, or Hospital seeking medical specialists in Psychiatry.

No, To get an admission in IIMA, you need to appear for CAT. Only people working outside India are allowed to use GMAT score instead of CAT for admission.

It depends on yours marks too. If you score below 4CGPA in MBA/PGDM then companies don't entertain you.
