Hi ,
Kings Langley College of Management does not offer any course in call center training however if you are planning to take this course in UK then its very difficult for you to get the visa as authorities doesn't give you the visa for any course which is less then 6 months.

First of all you need to understand that, call center profession does not make you eligible to go abroad. If you want to get into call centre profession you need to have strong English communication skills and good hold on Language. Yes you can pursue a bachelors in mechanical engineering and then target masters in petroleum engineering. Even though the masters requirement would recommend you to have a bachelors in petroleum engineering, they would also accept degrees from different backgrounds.
