After completing Bcom you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, Mcom etc)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:

Ravi kumar : dont believe this company.it is a cheating fraud institution.no faculties are there for coaching.they will tell that the ceo of the company loganathan will teach like that blah blah.but he itself know nothing about embedded.only the 1st few classes in c program make you to think that u chose the best institution.but after that u cry for the lyf.they dont have refund policy.recently they got arrested and changed their name form ismbangalore to ismuniv.
