Hi,
Both are two different course, MBA is a post graduate degree whereas B.Tech is a undergraduate degree, and both are good course to pursue and both offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
As per your profile I would suggest you to complete your 12th first and then pursue B.tech.
Once your BTech is completed, you may then work for 2-3 years and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in technical field, then you may pursue masters in same or related fields, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, you will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.
I would suggest that before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.
As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.

Under Meta University concept, the student will be admitted to the Cluster Innovation Centre and will be required to take some basic courses in semesters one and eight at Centre to gain competence in core areas such as “Mathematical Awareness”, “Art of Communication”, “Innovation Management”, “Social Enquiry” and “Legal Literacy”.
In semesters two to seven, students can choose courses from the large variety available in various colleges, under the guidance of a mentor. Students will be given the freedom to choose courses to specialize in a particular stream such as “Journalism”, “Education”, “Historical Tourism”, “Counselling” and “Art and Design”.

Before starting career in software industry i would like to ask u r u very much confidant on any of the programming language.
Can u independently handle any language?
If ur ans comes YES then only think for software development line or testing line.
Every line is good only depends upon u how much depth knowledge u have. As far as salary is concerned It depends upon u how tactfully and technically u have cleared ur interview not upon the degree or certificate u have with u.
U can choose embedded system line as well for this u must have sound knowledge of C, C++ and JAVA (complete).
Now a days LAMP (Linux Apache MySql and PHP) is ultimate option for Web Development.
If ur ans goes to NO for programming then some other line as well for ur career.
If u want u can make plan in Networking line as well. Network Admin, Security Admin, System Admin for this u must have to opt RHCE+CCNA+MCITP+RHCVA & RHCSS as well. These are International Certification for Admin line.
You can do These Certifications Simultaneously with ur BCA. So as soon as ur graduation get finished u will be ready according to the industry and u can start searching JOB.
If u do job in a low salary as well for the next 3 years u will get Practical Industrial Knowledge which will give u more mileage rather than spending 3 years and 3 lac approx for MCA. Even after that u will be treated as a fresher and u will also get low salary job.
Once u complete ur 3 years experience ur salary exponentially grow as per ur technical knowledge. U might have earn more than 3 Lac in 3 year. Still u feel that MCA is required for u then do MCA through Distance (IGNOU) with ur JOB.

First i must say it all depends on your interest in certain field so do some research before choosing any course.Here i am trying to share my knowledge as good as possible.
1)B.C.A=>Bachelor of Computer Applications or BCA is a three year degree course taught in several institutes and universities across India. A typical BCA course deals with software design and data base management and working with multiple data in the computer. BCA deals with subjects like C, C languages, Data Base Management, Logical Analysis, Operating Systems, Software Engineering and Client Server Technology.
Scope: A BCA program is the first important step for higher studies especially MCA. It prepares a student for IT and other professions either directly related or after higher studies. BCA provides a student with the much needed exposure of Computer Language applications and prepares a student for a Masters program in Computer Applications (MCA).
Job Prospects: BCA gives a student with a solid platform to further his career in the field of technology but it is strongly recommended that a student should opt for MCA to further his prospects in this competitive world. BCA is a good course but it is simply a bachelor's level degree and not much importance is given by both private and government organizations especially when compared to a B.Tech course. Therefore one should join MCA after BCA which will improve a student's prospects immensely and companies also attach the same weightage as a B.Tech degree holder.
After completing BCA students can start as Junior Programmer or a Software Tester and then move higher up the ranks and attain the role of a Senior Programmer. IT industry is booming in India and even in times of global recession, the Indian scene was relatively stable.
Eligibility: A student from any stream can apply for a BCA course provided he or she has Mathematics and English at the 10 2 level with an average of 50% marks.
