No it is not compulsory to opt for finance as specialization in MBA after completing BBA in finance, you may opt for any specialization like marketing, HR etc as your specialization in MBA as per your interest and liking.
However as per your profile pursuing MBA in finance would be the best option for you as it will further enhance your career prospects.
After completing MBA in finance you may look out for exciting careers in banks, financial consultancies and financial institutions.
You may get involved in consumer and investment banking, institutional finance, merchant banking, corporate finance and international finance.
The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opting for a full time MBA or PGDM program the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
Plus this work experience of yours will also be an added advantage for you during campus recruitment in MBA, as most companies would surely prefer an experience person over a fresher.

- Assistant professor can earn a salary of Rs.15,000 to Rs.25,000.
