Hi,
Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
- Getting a better quality of education.
- Improves career opportunities.
- Broaden international experience.
- Gaining exposure to different cultures.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. TOEFL or IELTS.

IIMs and ISB are among the finest B-schools in India, getting admission in these institutes is very competitive.
I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for MBA as it will give you competitive advantage over candidates with no work experience.
The final selection in all the top B-schools is made on:
1. Academic background of students.
2. Performance in various management entrance test.
3. Performance in group discussion and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.
