If you are talking about Bachelor of Financial & Investment Analysis (BIFA) a course provided by Delhi University, you can go for this program provided you meet the eligibility criteria of the program which is aggregate of at least 60% marks in his/her XII class examination in best of four papers including English and Mathematics. There are very few institutes that provide IAS and CSAT coaching through correspondence. For your preparation i would suggest you join a good coaching center so that you have the relevant study material so that you can start your preparation on your own. IAS exams are not that easy to crack and to crack the exam you really have to prioritize your time. For self study you can start with reading newspapers and books related to current affairs and Gk, if you want you can refer to Manorama Year book which is one good book f

Although the University does provides you with a Lab manual but does not offers lab solution book, yet you may contact your study center, the faculties there for the support required and also you may get in touch with your seniors in these regarsd as they would be beneficial in providing relevant information.
