Hi Abhishek,
If you are looking for a Full time MBA program you would require a Graduate degree from a recognized University with 50% and above aggregate marks. However, if you are looking for Correspondence , distance learning or part time programs you may find Institutes who will accept a diploma if you have around three or more years of Experience like IGNOU, FMS, IMT etc.

These two are very different courses that you are trying to compare. One is a course that is designed for I.T. sector and the other for logistics and supply chain industry. You should try to figure out your interest for these two industries. Since you are already working in the I.T. sector, you should have a fair understanding of roles and responsibilities in the sector and your interest level. You should speak to your friends in the supply chain industry to understand whether you would have a passion for that sector. Based on this research on finding about the two industries and your interest/fit, you should make a decision to enroll

Hi Virendra,
The loans for Management (MBA) Education are provided by various Banks & generally the private Institutes have a tie up with these Banks so they would help you with all the procedures. However, as far as the Government Institutes are concerned you can get the loan for these Institutes as well, but the only hitch which you may face is that they generally dont have a tie up with banks so you need to do all the formalities on your own.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.
Thanks,
Pooja

Hi Manish,
In order to prepare for IAS the minimum requirement is graduation from a recognized university and the age group is 21-30yrs. In IAS their are two stages that you need to clear- preliminary exam and main exam. For your preparation i would suggest you that when you are in the final year of your graduation join a good coaching center so that you have the relevant study material to start your preparation.
