Hi there, yes you can. At LPU the eligibility for the programme is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 or Intermediate (with English and three subjects out of Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology and Agriculture) subject to qualifying LPUNEST or CUET or JEE Main (From Phase II Onwards).
A four year Agriculture degree programme which produces graduates with broad understanding of Agriculture and allied Science with broad understanding of agriculture related problems and got expertise through well planned on-field implementation, basic concepts in disease, insect pest, weeds and nutrient disorders to enhance the production.

Panjab University admits to BCom through merit in the qualifying examination (Class 12th) to applicants of General Category.
At Panjab University, the minimum eligibility to admit to BCom includes a pass in 12 th with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Class 12 th.

BCA at IGNOU is 10+2 cleared. IGNOU website is not clear on acceptance of Diploma in Computer Technology as equivalent to 10+2. Therefore, you may seek clarification from IGNOU on subject.

For the exact course choice and specialisation, you must check the university websites, program information, career outcome and also check the labor shortage skill list of Germany and Europe as a whole. You should know which course you want to study, isn't it? If you are not unsure then first know what you want and don't apply to foreign universities just for the sake of it.

With FMS too introducing weightage for 10th and 12th score, you will have to scorer really high in CAT 99.9+ percentile maybe to stand a good chance of getting into FMS.
