Dear Nikhil,
It is possible to migrate from one college to another college in same university but changing the university you need to check with both the universities weather TMV University will give you migration and NOC and will Mumbai University accept that Migration and give you admission in TY BCA if you have cleared your SY BCA. University might accept as you are willing switch the universities in same state.
