Dear Vijay, to prepare for NDA exam, you don't require any coaching. Get syllabus and prepare through available subject books.
The NDA exam is carried out by the UPSC every year. This exam will be held two times in a year. The candidates who get qualified in the written exam will be called in for an SSB multiple rounds of interviews. The candidates will also have to go through a psychology test and Group task which will also be carried out by the SSB.
The candidates who have opted for the Air force will also have to undergo a Pilot Aptitude Battery Test. Furthermore the candidates will go through physical fitness test. The candidates are strictly selected on the basis of the merit list.
Eligibility for NDA Entrance Exams
As to be eligible for the NDA army wing a candidate needs to have passed 12th class in any subject stream. For the NDA Air force wing and the Navy, each of the candidates needs to have passed 12th class in science subject with PCM subject under the state board or its equivalent. The age of the candidate must be in between 16 ½ to 19 years. Candidates must also meet the physical fitness standards as laid out by the NDA.

American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS or BAMS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. Admission to med school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted. Also, there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students must pay the fees, which can be $50,000 USD per year or more for each of the four years.

The basic eligibility is 2 or equivalent, with PCM and must have a fair percentage of marks in the aggregate. One must also pass the qualifying exam IIT-JEE.
Jobs lies with various airlines like Air India, Indian Airlines, Helicopter Corporation of India and flying clubs, private and government owned air service and aircraft manufacturers like the Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) with its factories at Bangalore, Nashik, Koraput, Kanpur etc.
As for the remuneration, engineers in government organisations, are paid official scales while those in the private sector are paid according to the scales decided by the management of the company.

As you are pursuing undergraduate course in electrical engineering, it would be advisable for you to pursue MS in the same as it will add on to the knowledge of what all you have learned during graduation.
Though some universities might consider you for MS in computer science and software engineering, but those universities also will give first preference to students who have done undergraduate course in computer science and related fields.
To pursue MS in US, you need to have:
Good academic record.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1100-1200 plus.
TOEFL score of 90-100 plus.
