Well most of the institutes to not accept BCA graduates as an eligible qualification for the MS/ M.tech course, but if you had Science along with Maths at the +2 level, then you can plan to pursue B.tech followed by either of the Masters program mentioned by you.

There are very less universities in USA offering MBA without work experience. If you are targeting good universities as well as looking at jobs, you will surely require work experience in your profile. I would also like to let you know that you are not eligible to pursue MBA in most universities due to the fact that you have pursued a degree which is of 3 years duration whereas the requirement in USA is 4 years or equivalent. You have 2 options: either to pursue a post graduate diploma in management of 1 year duration, or to look for universities in UK or Australia. Percentile is something which is calculated on the basis of your scores and the scores of the students given the test on that day and have scored below you, so you can not calculate your percentile on your own this will be calculated by the Examination Authority and marked on your final score sheet.
