Hi Arindam,
If you want to go abroad then you need to stick to the industry you are working for and don't think of moving to any other stream as when you will start growing in this industry and start getting the individual projects to handle then you would be able to move to the better companies like IBM and that would be the time when you will start getting projects which are of international level and will give you a chance to go abroad and explore the opportunities there.
