Percentile is something which is calculated on the basis of your scores and the scores of the students given the test on that day and have scored below you, so you can not calculate your percentile on your own this will be calculated by the Examination Authority and marked on your final score sheet.

Germany is basically famous for engineering and research programs however not for dentistry. Your Indian degree is valid there if it's accredited by Indian Dental Council and Medical Council of India. So before applying to any German you must have a good bachelors degree in dentistry which is approved by UGC and IDA.
