BBA is Bachelors in Business Administration and of course bba is a good option as it will help you get good view of management field. And you can easily get admission in mba too. As far as career prospects are concerned, it depends on your stream of specialization like now a days there are many programs which are in good demand like auto retailing, oil and gas marketing, logistics mgmt etc. And if you are looking for integrated programs then you can look for programs like BBA+LLB as these are also in good demand in the job market. First of all you need to decide that whether you want to go for a full time MBA program or a distance learning program depending on which you can choose the course of action. If you go for a full time program you have to appear for an entrance examination on the basis of which you would be short listed for your GD & PIs after which you would be selected by the University. On the other hand if you would opt for a distance learning program you will get a direct admission on the basis of your Graduation and Experience. As Human Resource is one of the traditional specializations you will find this specialization in most of the B-Schools whether, Full time like XLRI, MDI etc. or Correspondence like IGNOU, IMT etc.
