Ultimately a quality MBA program, prepares you to become a manager, in the near future. You need to take it step by step. Your first priority is to clear CAT with a good percentile. Once you are through, your next round, will be a Group Discussion. It will test lot of qualities, like, your oral communication skills, listening skills, ability to work with a team, knowledge of the topic, analytical skills, decision making, calm and composed temperament and lastly a very encouraging and supportive nature. Your final round will be a Personal Interview. It can be a one to one interview, or a panel interview. You need to come across as someone very clear, about his career goals, and the reason for joining an MBA program. Your answers should not be superficial. You need to do lot of thinking, and work out how you want to go about preparing, for the whole process.

You can try MSc in Robotics and Automation / Process Automation from TU Dortmund , MSc in Information and Automation Engineering from University of Bremen.
As you are pursuing BE so in that case you are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test if you come from a non-English speaking country.
There are many organisations in Germany that award scholarships and grants to international students. For example, the DAAD specifically funds advanced students, graduates and postgraduates, i.e. doctoral students. However most of the universities does not charge tuition fees as its funded by the government, some universities charge tuition fees and that too is very nominal.
