US, UK and Canada are among the finest study destination to pursue MS in electronics and related fields.
To pursue MS in these countries you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree form recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
TOEFL score of 85-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Please note GRE is not required by universities in UK.
Now coming to job prospects in these countries, in the present day scenario job situation in these countries are not very promising due to global economic turmoil and economic recession, how ever as there are many national and international IT companies operating in India, so getting a good job in India should not be a problem.
An average tuition fee of a US university is about US$ 30,000 per-year, average fees at UK universities is around 15,000 pounds per-year and average fees at Canadian universities is around CA$ 20,000 per year. The tuition fee might be more or less depending on the university and location.

Germany is a country known for its Technical advancements, so an MS in Mechanical from Germany will surely be a nice step!
There are usually two intakes Sep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so you need to plan accordingly. The deadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /April intake is in July.
Hence, you will need to make an early application.
Also, education in Germany is govt. sponsored, there is a possibility that you might have to give a minimal fee ranging between 140-500 euros.
