Most of the medical courses abroad requires experience apart from MBBS.
You have to get IELTS marks and then write Plab 1 and Plab 2. Plab 1 you can write in India and plab 2 you have to go to UK and then write. Only after qualifying you will be eligible for admission abroad.
Normaly we suggest doctors to take a non clinical course masters and go to UK.
While doing this course they can clear all this exams and then switch to clinical courses. All masters in UK are one year post graduation.
There are few universities now offering post graduation courses as two years and one year internship in UK, where in only IELTS is required. But you

As per Section 64UM (1) (D) of the Insurance Act, 1938, the eligibility criteria for joining this profession are as follows :-
(i) the applicant, where he is an individual, satisfies the Authority that he -
(a) Has been in practice as a surveyor or loss assessor on the date of commencement of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 1999.
(b) Holds a degree of a recognised University in any branch of engineering.
(c) Is a fellow or associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of cost and Works Accountants of India.
(d) Possesses actuarial qualifications or holds a degree or diploma
