Yes, you can do a B.Sc. in Chemistry from LPU even though you didn't study Math in 12th. According to the eligibility criteria, you need at least 60% marks in 12th with English and Chemistry as subjects. Since you are a PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) student, you already meet the requirement of having Chemistry in 12th.
If you didn't have English as a subject, LPU allows a waiver if your schooling was in English medium. Also, if you're from North-East states, Sikkim, or a Defence background, or a ward of Kashmiri migrant, you get a 5% relaxation on the marks requirement.
