JNU entrance exam (JNUEE) is a prestigious examination which is taken by those students who want to pursue UG and PG courses from Jawaharlal Nehru University. There might be very few chances of that, but yes, you could do economics honours even if you didn't have maths in class 12th. But it won't help you because down the line, for a career in economics, you will need to have a strong mathematics base which of course you missed in the two years of your high school.

Yes, you can take admission in acting schools after class 10th but I would prefer you to also do basic courses like film making, editing and thus build contacts. Also, try giving auditions. Even if you take arts stream and then pursue a career in Film making or Mass Media, you will have more contacts and detailed information about the industry. Also, focus on skills like communication, public speaking, etc.

This will help you a lot.
