Domicile and caste certificate are not mandatory from the 12th standard state. Only the criterion is that, from wherever you opt 12th will be considered for your home state quota seats.

If you are from CSE and even if you are an average student then very easily you can get a CTC of 6 LPA. I believe that in VIT if you are from core CSE then you have opportunities to get placed in your dream company or companies with a CTC of 8+ LPA. The highest placement for CSE this year was from Amazon (28 LPA CTC, 15 fixed & 13 variable). This is the best company you can target.
