Please remember the fee structure to pursue MBA from UK varies from university to university.
Overall average fees at UK universities is around 15,000 pounds per-year, and average living expenses are about 10,000 pounds per year, the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.
For your reference find below the eligibility criteria to pursue MBA from universities in UK.
- Undergraduate degree (60%-70% plus in degree)
- Atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
- High score in GMAT

Both the Universities are good, though I would prefer Westminster because of its expertise in subjects like mass media and Journalism. Additionally, Westminster has both the courses under its portfolio, not sure about CUL though.
